Cai
Admissions Counselor - Stanford University

Cai earned her Bachelor's degree from Stanford University. As an experienced college education consultant, she has coached several students on their journey to premier US colleges and esteemed summer programs, including notable research programs such as the Harvard International Review Contest and the Stanford Humanities Institute. Additionally, Cai dedicated three years as a volunteer with Project Access, assisting high-achieving first-generation international students in navigating the US college application process. Many of her mentees have gained acceptance into leading UCs and Ivy League institutions.

As a first-generation immigrant and college graduate, Cai understands firsthand the difficulties of navigating college admissions, especially for students coming from non-traditional and disadvantaged backgrounds. Breaking the barriers of access to higher education and helping each student actualize their potential are important personal values that she practices throughout her work in education. Cai is passionate about helping each student craft their narrative in a way that empowers them to showcase their unique identities and personal strengths.
