Erin has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Public Health Studies and a Master’s degree in Health Policy and Management from Johns Hopkins University. Through her extensive coaching experience, Erin has realized that everyone has a unique story to tell; college is not a destination but a place that can kickstart the rest of your life. Erin is excited to work with Quad applicants and will do her absolute best to help them create an amazing application!

Erin understands that the college application process can be overwhelming. She aims to help students make the right choices and put their best foot forward so they are set up for success through the college application period and beyond. Her greatest strengths as a coach include helping students manage their time, match their strengths to excellent colleges, and stand out from other applicants. Additionally, she is skilled in helping students optimize college selection, decide on scholarships, prepare for their interviews, revise their essays, and select their major.

When Erin isn’t coaching, she enjoys spending her time boxing, investing, cooking, and exploring cities.

Rachel graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Johns Hopkins with a degree in Writing Seminars and minors in Theater Arts and Studies and Jewish Studies. Additionally, she participated in a dual program with the Peabody Institute of Music, where she studied classical voice. While at Hopkins, Rachel was a recipient of a research grant through the Woodrow Wilson Fellowship, where she investigated the perception of antisemitism on college campuses in the US and the UK, visiting campuses and interviewing and surveying hundreds of students and faculty members about their experiences.

Rachel has also worked at Johns Hopkins admissions for four years, giving information sessions to prospective families, leading tours for visiting college counselors, interviewing prospective students, and acting as a college representative at campus fairs. Rachel also worked as an academic advisor, helping current college students manage their time and workload while improving their writing habits.

After graduating, Rachel began helping students with their college applications, supplemental college essays, and self-branding. There is nothing she loves more than helping a student see all that makes them unique and finding a way to best wrap it all together in an application essay.

Rachel believes the core of this process is rooted in self-discovery for the applicant, as much as it is in trying to snag a spot in a specific school. Figuring out what makes you YOU and, through that, why a school would be lucky to have YOU as a student makes for the best applications and is something you can carry with you as you head into this transitionary period of your life.
