With over twelve years of experience in higher education, Anthony is au fait with the admissions process. Anthony has served as an admissions reader for UC Berkeley. Additionally, he was also an Admissions Counselor at Syracuse University, Assistant Direct of Admissions at University of Richmond, and Assistant Director of Admissions at Earlham College. He has interviewed prospective students, overseen diversity recruitment, and rendered both scholarship and admissions decisions. These experiences have allowed Anthony to gain a strong understanding of what admissions officers are looking for and in turn, what candidates can do to make themselves stand out. 

As a coach, Anthony strives to empower his students, ensuring they make an informed decision on which college to attend. Anthony is aware of challenges and hurdles in the admissions process and works diligently with students to overcome them. Anthony feels that every student has a unique story to tell and helps students identify their unique strengths and weaknesses, allowing their individual voices to shine through. He loves helping students navigate the entire application process: from building college lists to crafting personal statements to preparing for the interview, Anthony’s goal is to be with Quad applicants every step of the way.

Outside of Quad, Anthony enjoys singing, playing piano, and traveling.

Rowa received her undergraduate degree from Columbia University. Before graduating from Columbia, she spent her summers exploring different career trajectories, working as an investment banking analyst at JPMorgan to serving as an SDGs advisor at the Sustainable Development Goals Center in Africa (SDGCA). She draws on these and other cross-industry experiences to mentor her students–helping them explore their interests and different academic, summer, and internship programs.

She has extensive experience in the education sector as a university admissions strategist and early career counselor. Rowa has coached many international college applicants helping dozens secure significant scholarships to top U.S. colleges such as MIT, UC Berkeley, Columbia, Cornell, NYU, Duke, Emory, Northwestern, and many more.

Rowa is committed to facilitating a safe space for her students to reflect on their shortcomings and identify their strengths. Rowa works with her students to make the application process less daunting by fostering confidence while working with them on developing an authentic, cohesive narrative. She strongly advocates for higher education as a means to personal and generational transformation.

She supports her students in planning and managing self-initiated passion projects– from brainstorming, and breaking down operations into manageable tasks, to executing the final product. While working with her Quad students, Rowa encourages an intuitive approach to in-depth research. Rowa believes that this translates into many college application components, from creating a good-fit, balanced college list to tailoring writing for school-specific essays and preparing for admissions interviews.

When she's not coaching, she loves cooking, making music, and learning about herbalism. More than anything, Rowa loves spending time with her family and traveling.

It reflects positively when applicants demonstrate a genuine interest in learning about a university and thinking about how they can contribute to its community. It's great to show initiative in learning about a university's culture, traditions, and academic or co-curricular offerings and express why you may fit into and benefit from this environment.
